Hi,I totally agree that the rate of obesity in Malaysia has escalated . But , in my opinion parents should play the biggest role in educating their children towards a healthy lifestyle. If parents practise a healthy lifestyle so would their children. We can easily say that Malaysians should involve in sport activities ,eat healthy diet and so on but still many of us don't even bother to practise it .Thus, I think that it should begin from a very young age where parents set a good example for their children to practise a healthy lifestyle.
ReplyDeleteIncreasing in the fast food centres also contribute to the obesity problem in Malaysia. Fast food centres such as KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and Burger King can be found almost everywhere in Malaysia. So we as a responsible Malaysian should take care of our health. We can consume fast food once in a while but not every time. We should go for more green vegetables and nutrition food.
ReplyDeleteI agree that children below the age of 18 years old are overweight and Malaysians are increasingly becoming overweight due to imbalance diet. Therefore, Malaysians has to lead a healthy lifestyle everyday.

ReplyDeleteI totally agree that the rate of obesity in Malaysia has increased.Lack of exercise is deemed a reason contributing to the high obesity rate of the country.Besides, Malaysians poor eating habits, their high consumption of fat and meat would lift their body weights as well.

i agree that the rate of obese in malaysia has increased.well.to thing here is who is responsible for it! we cant blame the food industry right.. the person should have some responsibilities on their health isu which can be very serious if it didnt cure now. parent also play a big role here.
ReplyDeletei totally agreed with your article too. in order to reduce obesity in malaysia, we should practice a healthy lifestyle by limiting intake of sugars and increasing physical activity.
ReplyDeleteI hardly agree that lack of exercise is one of the reason where the rate of obesity increases in our country .As a materialistic citizen of this country we should more focused on our health condition. So that,we may decrease the rate of obesity in our country
ReplyDeleteYa.I agree with you. Nowadays, more people in our country are getting more obese. They never practice a healthy lifestyle. You as a Minister should arrange campaings and talks about the Obesity and let them know the risks of getting this obesity.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
ReplyDeletei agree with your article. Most of the people didnt aware of the food they are consuming. The foods that they are consuming contain higher percentage of cholestrol. And they did not practice a healthy lifestyle. They should do exercising twice in a week. But they are not.
