PETALING JAYA: A huge sign on the control tower of
KLIA2 in Sepang proudly proclaims that it was constructed “in 10 months”.
However, the contractors apparently forgot about the rest of the project.(Which
was stated in The Star News Paper). The construction which delayed five
times, finally theMalaysianAirport Holdings Berhad(MAHD) had announced the opening date of KLIA2 on
May 2,2014.Apparently only 60% of the main construction of the building have
been completed. The construction which only started with RM1.9bil,now it already touched RM4bil.

where early planned is only 30million passenger.MAHB also stated that there is
also a last minute planning to shift from a semi-automated to a
completely-automated baggage management system.Due to the some minor-minor
reason, it affected the construction works and delay of KLIA2.UEM-Bina Puri

If I am the Minister of Transport,i will spend more
time to make sure the construction working is going well without any
destruction.I will bring more workers so that the works all can be finish on
time.I also will give salary on time without any delay so that they will do
work efficiently.
There are few benefit by finishing construction as
fast as we can because KLIA2 will accommodate nearly 70
aircraft it its air terminal parking bay with newly designed departure
gates.KLIA2 will
make this international airport even busier in the years to come. KLIA2
is a place for everyone. That means ensuring comfort and convenience for those
with extra needs.

Hi,I agree that the KLIA2 construction is very much delayed and that the responsible authorities should make decisions instead of blaming to each other as KLIA2 would be the next biggest attraction in our country.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment...:)
DeleteYes i totally agree with you about bring more workers so that the works all can be finish on time . Where can u find more workers to finish the work ?
ReplyDeleteWe can get the construction workers who are jobless in Malaysia and overseas.Thank you for your comment.:)
DeleteMei Kuan, since you mentioned that money spent has reached 4 billion, so I think you have to spend more time on the financial department to check whether there is any problem on it or not. Besides this, it is not necessarily to bring more workers but you have to make sure that all the working schedule is going well without any delay. Thanks... =)
ReplyDeleteWell, thank you for your comment.your suggestion is good that we should make
Deletethe working schedule convenient and better so that the work wont be delayed.
I agree with your opinion. But have you ever thought of physical factors that could cause the delay? Physical factors that we cannot avoid such as rainy weather that could damage the cement.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment.:) Weather is really not a problem in Malaysia because we do know the rainy season and hot season. We do have weather forecast to predict the weather and precaution will be taken to avoid delay.
Deletei totaly agree with you. i also like the idea of bringing more workers. The money spend on this project is also very high.
